This component is used to drive Transparency into which Genesys products are powered, mostly or exclusively by AI. Not all AI features will have this badge present beside them. This component is reserved for “headline” products and fills a marketing role in addition to driving transparency into the presence of AI.
The AI Badge.
This component should only be used at the top-most level of a page. It shouldn’t be used in modals or beside subheaders.
Use the AI In-Line alert as a way to tell the user AI-related information that shouldn’t be hidden inside a tooltip. It can support both an action and an in-line link.
Avoid using the AI Badge for highlighting a single feature.
Avoid using the AI badge on a modal header if the feature is not the main feature of the page. For almost all cases, we recommend placing the AI Badge next ot the page header.
