AI Indicator

We use an AI indicator to drive transparency into which Genesys capabilities are powered by AI.

We use an AI indicator to drive transparency into which Genesys capabilities are powered by AI. This component emphasizes where AI is present. However, this component does not need to be used if there is little or no risk to the user, for example, if AI is used behind the scenes to drive content recommendations.

This component, when pressed, should display a popover with additional information about the purpose of AI in this capability, any risk, and links to additional documentation if available.
